The Forbes Institute for Cancer Research and the Taubman Institute are collaborating on a major symposium exploring one of the most exciting fields in cancer research – tumor metabolism.

Nationally prominent medical researchers will present their latest findings on the subject, along with Forbes and Taubman Scholars. A panel of experts will answer questions from the audience.

The Forbes Institute was created in 2016 with a generous donation from Madeline and Sidney Forbes. Its founding director is Dr. Max Wicha, one of the pioneers in the study of cancer stem cells, who will be speaking at the symposium. Dr. Wicha is also the associate director of the Taubman Institute and one of its Executive Scholars.

No registration is required, and all are welcome.
