Mark your calendars for December 13 at 5 pm for the next Taubman Tech Talk!
“Breaking the law of averages: The power of single cell analysis” featuring Jun Li, PhD and Evan Keller, PhD.
Organs and tumors are composed of many different cells, which makes it challenging to understand the biology of these tissues at the cellular level.
Join us to learn about recent advances in measuring the genes in individual cells, and in analyzing the complicated datasets generated from these studies.
These new methods have revealed extra insights into the biology of healthy and diseased tissues.
Lecture and Q&A from 5-6 pm followed by a reception from 6-7 pm.
Admission is free but please help us track headcount for catering purposes: Register here via Eventbrite.
Taubman Technology Talks is a new series that aims to inform the U-M community about ongoing advances in techologies.
